The only thing I did was delete two other custom dictionaries installed by some American Institute of Architects software. These were both English only. Thanks for your feedback. They are a cloud client, and ince the new network was put into place the help desk lost the ability to administer the, only management change make changes. I would think that being a cloud client they would have some rather strict policies in place. If it is a multi tenant environment - for sure going to be an issue!

I would start there as you don't have admin rights. Edward, I Tried your method, and previously without success, and also verified that both the default and custom. I was able to log in with the help desk account and had no issue with adding word to the dictionary. CA-RT, Checked on security permissions, and it looks like there isn't any issue with that aspect.
